Stellarzen was built on the Gulf Coast for the Gulf Coast. Operating from our Mobile, Alabama facility at 1055 Hillcrest Road, we've spent years manufacturing specialty chemicals, industrial fluids, and agrochemical formulations for the industries that define this region — petrochemical, agriculture, construction, and heavy manufacturing.

Every batch we produce is backed by rigorous in-house QC testing, full COA documentation, and regulatory compliance across EPA, DOT, and OSHA frameworks. Incoming raw materials are tested and certified against specification — COA verification, vendor qualification, and incoming QC inspection before any batch begins.

Formulation & Blending
Precise formulation in climate-controlled blending vessels — automated dosing, continuous mixing, and real-time pH, viscosity, and specific gravity monitoring throughout the batch.

In-Process QC Testing
Mid-batch sampling against specification limits — GC analysis for solvents, viscometry for lubricants, and bioassay testing for agrochemical formulations before packaging begins.

Packaging & Labelling
GHS-compliant labelling, DOT/IATA hazmat packaging, and custom private-label options — drums, IBCs, totes, or bulk tanker depending on product and customer requirements.

Certificate of Analysis & Dispatch
Full COA issued against every batch, including all tested parameters and specification compliance confirmation. Retained samples held 24 months for every product line.
