Customer and formulation data is protected through role-based access controls, encrypted data storage, and restricted physical access to our quality management systems. Formulation IP shared under NDA is accessible only to the named account team and production staff directly involved in the relevant manufacturing process.

Website contact records: 3 years. Customer order and QC records: 7 years (ISO 9001 requirement). GMP batch records including retained samples: 24 months minimum after batch expiry date. Financial and billing records: 7 years per IRS requirements.

Our products and services are directed at industrial and agricultural business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

10. Changes

Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Active supply agreement customers will be notified by email for changes that materially affect their data rights.
